HauteCouture –
Love the color, it does have pigment, and you can adjust how much to deepen. While this isn’t a lipstick, so note that it’s “tinted”. The second mention, this is moisturizing, I found after blotting it becomes more of a light lip stain. Either way, I am happy with the purchase, Laura Gellar has quality products. Would recommend. *side note in the description you can read “jelly balm” really not sure if that is accurate or more of a way to sell to demographic. Definitely a higher quality lip balm than just a ChapStick brand. Lastly, competitive price vs Dept Store Cosmetics.
