Discount sales
Our return and exchange policy does not apply to any discount sale products. A discount item cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
For orders shipped within Bangladesh
The products you buy from our online store do not require you to pay anything in advance before receiving the products. After receiving the products, you can pay the product price and delivery charges. Check your products well before the delivery man leaves, otherwise no complaint will be entertained after the delivery man leaves. In that case you just need to pay the delivery charges and send the products to us by the delivery man. Thus every time you send back the product after purchasing it from our online store, you only have to pay the delivery charges. In this case, our company will not pay any delivery charges.
Please note that before the delivery man leaves, check your goods thoroughly, otherwise no complaint will be entertained after the delivery man leaves.

For orders sent outside Bangladesh
At this point, exchanges must be physically brought back to Bangladesh by a friend, family member or during your next visit within 1 month of the date of purchase. After receiving the product, you will be able to exchange it for another product of the same or higher value.
Please note that no shipping costs will accrue.

We do our best to ensure that the products you order online meet your expectations. But sometimes orders may reach you in a way that is not expected. We will correct any such claims or inconsistencies related to your purchase.
Any product will qualify as a return if it meets the following condition(s):
- Products with major quality defects
- Product damaged during shipment
- Wrong product, size or color
- Lost shipment of goods
It is requested that you check your goods well before the delivery man leaves, otherwise no complaint will be entertained after the delivery man leaves.
