Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to all regions of Bangladesh and USA. Please note that we currently do not have any outlets/stores.

Shipping methods:

We usually use REDX transport method for home delivery of any product. However, if you wish to use any other Shipping transport, you will have to collect the purchased product at your own risk. All the transport methods available in our area are: Sundarban Courier Service, SA Paribahan, Karatoa Courier Service, SR Parcel Service Ltd, Janani Express Parcel Service.

Shipping Cost:

If you are willing to take home delivery by courier, an additional COD (Cash on Delivery) charge of 1% will be payable on the value of the product.

Other Courier Services:

If you are willing to deliver the product through Sundarban Courier Service, SA Paribahan, Karatoa Courier Service, SR Parcel Service Ltd, Janani Express Parcel Service, then you will have to pay the delivery charges of these courier services. Remember, we do not have any additional delivery charges.

International Courier Service:

If you have purchased products from us from any country other than Bangladesh, we will ship them to you via FedEx or DHL. I will send it through. So in all these courier services, you have to pay us in advance the courier service charges based on the products you have purchased. You will receive your purchased product within 7-10 working days.
