Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Diva's Choices. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and circumstances under which monetary refunds are processed.

Refunds are strictly limited to specific scenarios. A refund will ONLY be processed under the following circumstances:

Defective / Incorrect Product (Unavailable Stock): You received a damaged or incorrect item, and a replacement product is currently out of stock.
Order Cancellation due to Stock Out: The item you ordered becomes out of stock after order confirmation and payment completion.

Accepted Deliveries: Products accepted after delivery without immediate reporting of defects are non-refundable.
Imitation Fashion Jewelry: Imitation fashion jewelry is strictly non-refundable due to hygiene and health standards.
Delivery Fees: Standard courier/delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or damaged product sent by Diva's Choices.

Online Paid Orders: If an eligible refund claim is approved for an online paid order, the refund process will be initiated within 3 (three) working days. The amount will be refunded back through the original payment channel (e.g., bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or Bank Transfer).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders where an item is returned on the spot with the delivery agent, no payment is collected; therefore, no cash refund is required.
