At Diva's Choices, we strive to ensure that you receive high-quality products. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Mandatory On-Spot Delivery Inspection

Inspect in Front of Delivery Agent: Customers MUST inspect and verify the parcel physically in front of the delivery agent upon receiving the shipment.
No Post-Delivery Physical Claims: Once the delivery agent leaves the delivery location, no claims regarding physical damage, missing items, or wrong items will be entertained or accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange or return due to damage or receiving an incorrect product, the following conditions must be strictly met:

Unboxing Evidence: You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video or take clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product in the presence of or immediately after checking with the delivery person.
Product Condition: The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original, resalable condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Imitation Jewelry Exception: Due to health, hygiene, and their delicate nature, Imitation Fashion Jewelry is STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE once received and accepted from the delivery person.

3. Shipping & Courier Charges

Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Diva's Choices will cover all return and re-shipping courier charges.
Size or Personal Preference Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item due to a size issue or a change of personal preference (provided the item is eligible for exchange):
- The customer must bear all return and re-shipping courier charges.
